Dr. Kinney is a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor whose journey into holistic medicine began with her own personal interests in nutrition, mind body medicine and women’s health. She studied psychology and business at Vanderbilt University and then went on to earn her doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine. During her four years there she completed over 1200 hours of clinical training, numerous internships and earned the Academic Excellence Award and the Outstanding Student Clinician Award, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Her practice is guided by the principles of Naturopathic Medicine and she is dedicated to providing individualized holistic care. She loves to help her patients take their health into their own hands by teaching them the principles of prevention and healthy living. Working in conjunction with her patients, she is able to help them to uncover and remove the cause of the underlying disease or disharmony enabling them to achieve optimal health and wellness. She specializes in personalized nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy and cranial sacral therapy.
